I had a lovely stay at this hotel with a beautiful view of Ursu Lake and a fantastic spa area. The breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying. However, the service left something to be desired, particularly the communication with staff, and the internet in the rooms was quite poor. Overall, it’s a nice place for relaxation, just don’t expect top-notch service.
